Will founded Evolution Golf Academy with the mission to create a team of coaches who collaborate to provide personalised solutions for golfers. Recognising that every golfer faces unique challenges, Will’s goal is to build an academy that covers every aspect of the game, ensuring no stone is left unturned when it comes to improving performance.

Coaching Philosophy 

Will’s coaching philosophy centres on the individual, tailoring each session to the person's unique body, mind, and lifestyle. He believes the key to elite coaching is understanding the root cause of issues in your golf game, allowing for simple changes that address multiple problems at once.

With a background in sports science, Will’s expertise extends beyond the golf swing to understanding how the body moves and how this affects club delivery at impact.

Playing History 

Like many young golfers, Will aspired to be a Touring Professional, achieving a scratch handicap at 16 and representing the English Schoolboys multiple times. He turned professional in 2017, winning multiple events in the Midland region, including a career-low round of 63 in Portugal. Will remains passionate about competing, learning from the process of improving his own game. He is fortunate to work with world-renowned Master PGA Professional Graham Walker, not only as a swing coach but also as a mentor in becoming a better coach.
