Indoor golf near Derby, in Codnor:Indoor golf all year round.
Our TrackMan golf simulators near Derby offer tour-grade technology, with spacious hitting areas so you can swing freely and tee it up with a premium golf ball.
Each simulator provides accurate data feedback, showing ball flight, carry and total distance for every shot. You’ll also get the club data behind the ball flight, including club path, clubface alignment, swing plane and angle of attack, measured using the same technology trusted on tour.
Play full virtual rounds on famous golf courses, sharpen your game with detailed shot data, or bring friends and compete. Up to four players can share a bay, with the rate charged per bay during off-peak times, making it cheaper per person when you play as a group. A round indoors takes around an hour per player.
And because you’re indoors, rain, wind and dark evenings don’t have to put your golf on hold. It’s a great way to keep your swing sharp and your handicap ticking over throughout the winter.
The simulator is located at Ormonde Fields Golf Club in Codnor, near Ripley, with hourly bookings available online from £13.

Golf does not have to stop in October. An hour in the simulator keeps your swing, your numbers and your handicap ticking over until spring.
Our approach
The Evolution Approach
Six things that stay the same, whichever part of the academy you use.
- 01
Understand the golfer first
Before anything changes, we take the time to understand your goals, your golf and how you actually want to spend your time here.
- 02
Measure, do not guess
TrackMan technology and TPI movement principles mean every decision is based on what is really happening rather than an opinion.
- 03
Find the reason why
Technical, physical, or simply how you practise. There is always a reason changes are not sticking, and we identify it before we act.
- 04
Specialists who work together
Our PGA Professionals, physiotherapist and strength and conditioning coaches share what they find, so nothing gets missed between them.
- 05
A plan built around you
You leave with a clear, personalised plan built around your body, your goals and the time you realistically have to practise.
- 06
Progress you can see
We measure again as you go, so improvement is something you can point at rather than something you hope is happening.
