Junior golf coaching at Evolution is built around three pillars that develop young golfers on and off the course: Develop, Perform and Grow. Juniors are coached by a PGA Professional in structured group sessions, learning grip, posture and a repeatable golf swing through games and challenges rather than drills.
Trackman turns practice into competition. Juniors see their ball speed, carry distance and ball flight on screen, chase personal bests, and take those skills onto the golf course in Par 36 rounds and playing sessions, learning scoring, etiquette and course management as they go. Sessions are grouped by age and stage, so nobody is out of their depth or bored.
Weekend group coaching runs every Saturday all year round, with holiday camps in every school holiday, at Ormonde Fields Golf Club in Codnor near Ripley, around 20 minutes from Derby.
