Groups are set by experience, so you learn alongside women at the same stage as you. Coaching covers the full game: grip, posture and swing fundamentals for beginners, then ball striking, short game, chipping and putting as you progress, with Trackman measuring your ball flight and carry distance so improvement is something you can see on screen rather than imagine. One to one lessons with a PGA Professional are available whenever you want them, and clubs can be provided until you know what suits you.
Sessions run at Ormonde Fields Golf Club in Codnor, around 20 minutes from Derby. Most women say the hardest part was walking in the first time. After that it is just golf.

The practice facilities here are second to none. I couldn’t of been more impressed, the grass range is an amazing touch and the track man bays are top notch as well, mats are perfect not worn, balls aren’t battered, great value for money, definitely my go to practice facility now.
