Golf coaching at Evolution starts from one belief: when a swing change does not last, there is always a reason why. Rather than jumping straight into changing your golf swing, our PGA Professionals first work out your goals, what needs to improve and what is preventing lasting improvement.
TrackMan data
At the academy, our PGA Professionals use TrackMan technology to gather data on how your club delivery affects your ball flight. This helps our coaches understand what is happening in your golf swing and clearly identify what needs to improve. TrackMan also allows us to quantify changes and measure progress throughout your coaching, helping us keep you on track to reach your goals.
Video analysis
Alongside TrackMan data, detailed video analysis helps you clearly see and understand your golf swing. Our PGA Professionals will break down your swing’s characteristics and faults, so you understand what is happening and what we need to improve.
The TPI swing-body connection
The TPI swing-body connection is a huge part of what makes Evolution a modern, forward-thinking academy. We believe understanding how your body influences your golf swing is key to making lasting changes and reaching your goals. This understanding helps our PGA Professionals identify the right changes for you. Our coaches apply TPI principles and work alongside fitness professionals to help you make and maintain those changes.
Lessons run seven days a week at Ormonde Fields Golf Club, Nottingham Road, Codnor, about 12 miles and 25 minutes from Nottingham city centre along the A610.

Good golf is more than good shots. Play nine holes with your coach and build the decision making, course management and scoring skills that lower your scores.
Over half your shots are played on and around the green. We find where you are losing them, then build a short game that saves them.
Struggling to make a change? We break down your swing’s characteristics and faults, and how your body influences them. Once we understand the swing-body connection, we build a plan for lasting change.
By looking at the golfer as a whole rather than just the golf swing, we make better coaching decisions, tailored to you rather than to a swing model.

Yes. Your swing recordings are sent to you after the session so you can review them at home between lessons.
